You need to select e-rosources

Then select off campus for EBSCO or EconLit. Then you need to login and then it shows the databases you can select to serach in. I generally select all. Then you get a serach screen where can serach. The downloadable article have a pdf link. Not all article are available off capmus. The article you sent is availabe but only on campus.
